We have the perfect cricket wicket construction Loams for your renovation or to build a new cricket square, our GOSTD (ghost) Loams create the ideal base for Cricket Wicket construction.

We would recommend that you mix both the indigenous soil and GOSTD Base Loam thoroughly and lay this to achieve a depth of at least several centimetres.

Once the base has been laid it is time to add around 50mm of our GOSTD Seed Bed Loam. This coupled with the correct GOSTD base will provide an effective, long-life wicket, helping to ensure no compatibility issues with good root growth and a healthy sward. Depths are dependent on your specifications and your chosen depth of construction.
